I found a lovely linky called Link A List which has really inspired me to create a 'goal' list for this week! I LOVE writing lists, I have many notepads with lists for every-little-thing. So this Link a List is right up my street. I thought I would start off by setting myself some goals for this week.
Get back into working out.
Before I moved house, I lost almost 20lbs, which was incredible. It took me a few months but I did it! However, with moving house and getting the kids settled and all the other shenanigans that comes with moving house, I have let myself go. I gained back 10lbs in total. I lost 2lbs last week and this week I have started doing the thirty day shred again. I've also been eating a lot healthier and walking more, too! I feel great. Achy but great, haha. So yes, my first goal is keep up with the 30 day shred and healthy eating.
Housework!
I need to catch up on housework! Well, mainly the kids rooms. I could seriously blitz them everyday, kids make so much mess haha. Downstairs and the bathrooms are perfectly clean and tidy. The boys and Ellie's room is clean but messy! So my mission tomorrow is to tidy the kids rooms!
Walking!
This comes with the first one. I need to walk more so I plan on doing that (as long as the headache stays away!) There are so many beautiful places to walk in our new area. I really enjoy walking! Especially in the evening, we went for a lovely evening walk the other day. I can't wait to start using my FitBug again, hopefully I'll have proper internet soon so I can sync it with my phone again. I really do miss that!

Reading.
I would like to read a book this week! or at least start a book. I feel like I haven't read for ages and I miss it. It also helps me relax so I would like to get back into reading. Any suggestions for books I should read?Let me know your suggestions in the comments :)
