Spring arts & crafts from Baker Ross {Review}

Baker Ross sent us some really lovely Spring themed art and craft kits for us to try out! We adore arts and crafts and being creative! Ellie was super excited to get stuck into these!

We first coloured in the creative flower wreaths.


Each pack contains 6 assorted spring/floral designs, each wreath comes with a piece of ribbon to hang the wreath and the wreachs are approx 18.cm in size. They are printed on good quality card, you can use fine tip fibre pens or markers to colour these lovely wreaths in.

Ellie choose the daffodil and tulip pattern to colour in first! She was all "It's almost Spring and these are perfect for Spring time" She is SO excited for Spring, as am I. We coloured the wreaths in together (because I am a big kid and I love to colour, haha)


"My favourite flowers are tulips... RED Tuplips" Ellie told me. "I'm colouring these in so carefully! I can't wait to hang them up when they're finished" She really enjoyed colouring these in, as did I. There is a hole already cut into the wreaths ready for the ribbon to be threaded through and then the wreaths can be hung.

These were great fun to colour in and they make a lovely decoration for this time of year!
Priced at just £2.60 for a pack of six, they are so worth the money!


Next up we decided to make the peacock crinkle decorations!
Before we had even opened the packet Ellie told me "I CAN NOT WAIT FOR THESE! They're SO pretty" in a rather excited voice, haha.


Each pack contains four foam assorted peacocks in different colours, along with foam self adhesive shapes/stickers, some sequins, wiggle eyes, the peacock templates and some tissue paper. The peacock size is around 12.5cm. You will also need glue or foam dots (which is not included) We used a glue stick just fine though.


Ellie looked at the instructions and said "Do I fold the tissue paper like a fan?" I told her that yes that's right. So that's what we did, we folded the tissue paper as you would a fan. Backwards and forwards until we got to the end. And then we folded our "Fan" like tissue paper in half, we fanned it out and glue the folded halves together "This looks like a peacocks wings" Ellie declared. We then added the peacock template. The peacock template is self adhesive.

I threaded the ribbon through the hole.
Ellie then added the face, beak and eyes which are also self adhesive.



We decorated the peacock and wings together. Using the self adhesive foam stickers for the wins and the sequins for the body of the peacock. We used our glue to glue the sequins onto the peacock.
"WOW these are just beautiful" Ellie told me.


They are now hanging proudly on our kitchen window handles along with the suncatchers that Baker Ross also kindly sent us!

Baker Ross have such a wine range of Spring arts and crafts to choose from! They're all very reasonably priced and always great quality. I really can not recommend there products enough.
