I thought I would share some photos I've taken of my cats lately.
They are both female cats and neither of them I planned on getting, they found me and choose us. Isn't it strange how cats pick there owners?
Lotti (the tortoiseshell cat) came to me at 4 weeks old and was literally handed over my back fence from an old neighbour because they didn't want her. I couldn't just let them leave her outdoors, on her own. She was so tiny and very poorly. There's so much I could write. Me and Lotti are very, very close. She sleeps on my actual head every night, I am not even joking.

Sylvie. The tabby cat had an owner but she just kept coming to my house and would sit by my back door, tapping it with her poor for HOURS. I kept taking her back to her owner and trying to persaude her to go home but she was having none of it. She would wait outside int he freezing cold and snow, rain and wind for me to let her inside. I finally admitted defeat and her owner said we could keep her as long as she had a good home. So that is what we did and she has been here ever since. Goodness knows why she picked our crazy family to be her humans, haha. You can read Syvlie's story here.

Lotti and Sylvie don't always get a long but they've finally learned to tolerate each other. They were actually playing in the above photo! RARE!

The first time Lotti saw a pheasant! Don't worry, she didn't harm it (I knew she wouldn't, the bird was double the size of her). She was fascinated with it. The pheasant turned around looked at her, made a noise and Lotti ran away, hahaha and the bird flew off! She loves living in the countryside.

I am seriously so crazy about cats! I can't even tell you. If I had it my way I would have a hundred cats, I just love them and I can't get enough. We have two cats, one called Lotti and one called Sylvie. Lotti is three years old and we think Sylvie is probably slightly younger, we don't really know because Sylvie adopted us! Her owners didn't really tell me very much when she agreed to let us keep the cat (we had no choice in the matter - the cat choose us and that was that!)
Both our cats are sterilized and micro chipped and are in great health! We love them so very much.

We have a huge corn field out the back of our house, which the cats just love to explore!



I love my fur babies so much! They truly are a part of our family.
Oh and before I go, I thought I'd share a photo of my mums new kitten 'Elsa'. Isn't she lovely?


She's sooooo purrrrrdy, now I really want another kitten.... Uh-oh.

This is my cat Lotti. She's our beautiful fur baby. She'll be two years old next month. She has a bit of a 'tortitude' (attitude.. haha see what I did there?! Lol) sometimes. She's very affectionate but only when it suits her! We adore her so much, she's one of the family! You can read Lotti's story here. She was truly meant for us. :) ♥

My big fur baby, Lotti.

Last week, we got a new kitten. He's an nine week old rescue-ee. the mummy cat was feral and is thought she died leaving three little baby kitten behind. Just two weeks old. They were rescued by a very sweet lady who runs a cat charity. She then hand reared the three kittens that were left behind. Praise that woman, she deserves a medal for all the work she does for all the cats!
I fell instantly in love with Lenni, I knew he was the kitty for us! We do already have a cat who is 15 months old. She's a tortoiseshell cat with a very unique personality.. and attitude, lol. Her name is Lotti. She's very close to me.
She hasn't taken all that well to the new baby kitty though, so I've separated them for now. I'm introducing them very slowly and carefully. I know she wouldn't ever hurt Lenni. Of course I've given her extra attention and some treats. She sleeps on my bed most nights or on my daughters bed with her. Awww.


Despite Lotti keep growling at Lenni, he has settled in very well. He loves to run along the wooden floor and randomly leaps into them air, lol. I'm sure he's ninja kitty in disguise, hehe. He loves cuddles and falling asleep on my shoulder! He can be quite mischeivious and he's already chewed the cable of my earphones for my phone, little rascal. The kids adore him and he doesn't seem to mind them either.
