Wow, I can't believe it's JUNE! This year is flying by. It's amazing how fast time flies by. I still can't get over the fact, that come September I'll be a mother to a year 1, year 4, and a year 5 student. Craziness. Anyway, here are my reasons to be cheerful this week: 

1) The weather has been beautiful! It's been really sunny and warm. The sunshine always makes me happy. I took the kids pond dipping last week, I'll be linking up with #countrykids this week. I'm also planning a surprise BBQ for the kiddies after school tomorrow, only a mini BBQ but they'll enjoy it! 

2) I gave away two black bin liners of my old clothes to charity! Some of it was really, really hard to part with but I figured I never wear it and someone else could make good use of it. It was all really good stuff, in good condition. I love getting rid of things I don't need and giving to charity! I'm well on my way to becoming more organised.

3) The fact that tomorrow is Friday! Looking forward to a lay in on Sunday, lol! I say lay in, I can only ever sleep until 8am at the very latest. But eh, it's a lay in to me :) Not quite sure on plans for the weekend yet but I'm sure I'll think of something. The boys are going to there dads on Saturday so perhaps I can do something special with Ellie. :)

Just a quick post again today. I've been so busy this week with sports day, parents evening/afternoons, primary school induction, assemblies ect. Plus, I have been organising everything for Charlies 7th Birthday BBQ. Please pray for a dry day tomorrow, doesn't matter if the sun isn't out (although that would be really nice!) just a dry day so we can have a bouncy castle and BBQ for Charlies birthday. He's never had a Birthday party before (Just a tea party) so this is really important.  It's so wet and raining today, ugh! It's been so nice all week and now we have Rain. Typical!
So much to do today - cooking some of the food - sausage rolls, cocktail sausages etc. Also needed to sweep the garden path but can't do that because of the rain, ugh. And the gazebbo has fell down, double ugh! I'm sue everything will fall into place just as long as the weather brightens up. Here's a screen shot of the forecast. (From BBC weather)

This week is going to be really busy.
Tomorrow is grocery shopping day, buying BBQ bits/food and we need to go get a BBQ (which I might add I have been saving up for! As well as the food etc for his birthday I have also saved for!). Wednesday is Ellies (nursery) sports day and then in the afternoon is parents meeting and Ellies induction to primary school (I still can not believe my baby girl is going to be starting primary school in September). Thursday I am suppose to have a hospital appointment but I may need to cancel it as it's at an awkward time and I won't be home in time to collect the children from school. Friday I have a doctors appointment regarding medication (for my brain condition) Also, my middle son (Charlie) has a non uniform day & a table top sale after school and a special assembly in the afternoon. And then Saturday is Charlies 7th Birthday BBQ. Hoping for good weather!

 Phew, what a busy week!

The boys are all busy doing end of the school year activities - school trips, fun days, play days etc. I shall write more about that perhaps in my next post when I know more about those. Less than three weeks and the kids break up from school for the summer (6 weeks) holidays! Eek, I need to plan and arrange some days out/activities to keep us busy.

*Yawn* I am so very tired. I think I've had about 5 hours sleep in the last 72 hours. Friday night I didn't go to sleep until late watching random youtube videos (I haven;t done that for ages!) thinking that I would at least get a 7:30am lay in... how wrong I was, the kids were up at 5:45am yesterday morning.
