Bucket List (January) Update.

18:33

My bucket List for January didn't quite go as plan but I did achieve a few things.
January was a very stressful month, probably the most stressful month I've had for a long, long time. A lot happened. Some good. Some bad. I'm not sorry to see the back of January if I'm honest. Anyway, here's an update on my January bucket list/goals.

Loose 4lbs - Didn't happen. I have however, started back on the weight loss train and have been eating very healthy this week. I've got a slight cold at the moment but I will get back into workouts and what not when I feel 100% better. In the mean time I'll sort my eating habits out.

Go for long family walks - We did go for a walk and fed the ducks. The weather wasn't really on our side. We had a lot of wind and rain during January so I'm glad we made the most of the weather while it WAS on our side.

Read two books. I read one. I read "The good Girl"

Learn two new healthy recipes. Again, this didn't happen. I have looked a few up though and saved them.

Have a movie night with the kids - We did this! And it was great fun. Actually we had two movies nights. We do love our family movies, hehe.

Have a games afternoon/Evening with the kids - We did this too. We played Monopoly, dog bingo and mouse trap. It's always good fun playing board games and cheers me up. A lot.

Organise the kids rooms - Yes! I did this and I did quite a bit of organising throughout January. I do need to invest in a new chest of drawers for the boys though.

Build a snowman - We didn't get any snow. Actually we did get a little tiny bit of snow but it didn't settle on the ground. Boo! You never know though, perhaps we'll get some snow this month - preferably in half term would be perfect, hehe.

STAY ORGANISED! I pretty much did achieve this. I am trying to stay organised and keep on top of things, so far, so good! :)

How did you do with your January bucket list/goals?
