Wednesday - Tuna and Pasta with salad

Thursday - Beef stew with carrots, peas, broccoli and potatoes.

Friday - Pizza day!

Saturday - Chicken Tikka with pilau rice and naan bread

Sunday - Chicken roast dinner.
