After staying the same for weight for two weeks, I am now pleased to say that I have finally lost another pound. Since October/November I have lost a total of 14lbs! The last few weeks has been a slow process when it comes to weight loss but at least I didn't gain! I was also quite poorly with a horrible flu virus which did set me back a bit.
I am still doing the thirty day shred and walking! One day last week, I walked a total of eight miles, which I am really pleased with. I also did the thirty day shred twice a day a couple of times last week. Not gonna lie, it was hard work and I was ever so achy and felt a bit blah but it paid off! Saying that though, I know I did push myself a little too far last week and won't be making that mistake again.

I put together before and after pics last night, I'm just not comfortable posting them on my blog, maybe I will post them when I've lost a bit more weight. 

It is of course half term and I am really hoping we have some nice weather so we can get out in the fresh air, I can continue with my walking and I'm sure the kids will have fun being outdoors, they are very outdoorsy kids!

I have seven pounds to loose beofe I reach my first goal, I would LOVE to reach that before my birthday but that's less than two weeks away, can I do it? I think it is very doable but we'll see. Wish me luck!
