My steps this week and weight loss. #WWDISL


I have lost a little bit of weight this, probably only a couple of pound at the most. But, I could be doing a lot better! I NEED to make myself use the exercise bike every day/evening. I need to get back into it.
I have however, been walking A LOT. Yesterday I wanted 5.5 miles in total! Not bad. I have a step meter to count my steps and I am very impressed with it (review coming soon). It really does encourage me to walk more! I have walked at least 10,000 steps everyday, except Saturday because I was ill.

I've also been eating healthier. But. I have let myself down with the fizzy drinks. I was so ill on Saturday that all I craved was lucasade, not good! Fresh start now though, no more fizzy drinks!

So my goal for this week is to use the exercise bike and drink NO fizzy drinks AT ALL.

  2. On slimming world you can drink as much diet/sugar free drinks as you like without it affecting your weightloss. I have an excercise bike but I have not sat on it for like 6 months lol, I really need to get back into the routine of doing some daily, it all helps :)
