Savisto Luxury 4 Person Wicker Picnic Basket set {Review}

For anyone that knows me and my children, you'll know we love a good picnic. Having a decent, good quality picnic set is a must have for us, so when I was asked if I'd like to review a Savisto product, I chose the 4 person wicker picnic basket with a full picnic set.


The picnic basket set only took a couple of days to arrive, I was quite impressed with the fast delivery and also the packaging. Everything was packaged really well so nothing got broken in transit.

I couldn't wait to open the picnic basket and all the little packages it contained. I was really impressed with just how much it includes. All the little packages contained the following.

• A traditional, woven, wicker basket 
• A full dinnerware set including:
•  4x small plates, 
• 4x cutlery sets
• 4x small wine glasses, 
• 1x salt and pepper shaker set
• 1x multi-tool drinks opener (corkscrew, bottle opener and knife)
• Two large capacity cooler bags
• A wine cooler bag. 
• 4x napkins

The basket itself is made from a wicker, woven wood material and is lined with fabric that features a lovely pattern perfect for a picnic! The basket is a very good size! (Dimensions: 400mm Width x 300mm Depth x190mm Height). The cooler bags fit lovely into the basket, too. After opening the picnic basket up, I noticed the lid is filled with designated leather straps and loops to fit the picnic set in. Which makes more room for the picnic food inside the basket!

The hardware (the clasps, chains etc) are made from a gold metal and the straps are a brown leather strong material to keep everything in place. Everything fits and clips in perfectly so no need to worry about any breakages.
The handle on the picnic basket is also made from brown leather and is very sturdy and strong. It's connected to the basket with a gold ring and gold studs. 
 The plates are ceramic and the perfect size for picnic - not too big and not too small. They strap into the lid of the picnic basket perfectly. The same with wine glasses - They are real glass and again, they strap into the picnic basket perfectly via a Velcro strap inside the basket, to stop them from breaking and moving around whilst the basket is being transported.


The cutlery is made from stainless steel and again it slots into place perfectly, into the designated loops, designed especially for the cutlery.

 The salt and pepper shakers are a really lovely addition! They're perfect picnic size and fit perfectly into the designated loops.
I really like the multi tool, this is indeed very handy! It features a knife, a corkscrew and a bottle opener. This is also made from stainless steel and is very good quality indeed.


Napkins are another must have on a picnic, especially when you have children in tow. The napkins are a soft material which is washable and can be used time and time again. The napkins are a good size and also feature the same pattern as the interior of the picnic basket.


The fact that this picnic basket is so compact and everything fits in so well makes it easy to transport. It's easy to carry, too! This picnic set is such good quality and is well worth the money in my opinion. This picnic basket set is priced at £49.99. It's perfect for picnic dates and family picnics. I know that we will get a lot of use out of this picnic set and I really like that the plates, glasses, cutlery is real and not plastic makes it even more good value for money!
