Meal Planning Monday #MealPlanningMonday


I am trying to be more organised and schedule posts, especially this week as I have a busy week. Which is also why I definitely need a meal plan this week! Lots of slow cooker recipes!
Monday - The kids have an eye appointment straight after school.
Tuesday - is parents evening for H and C.
Wednesday - I have a doctors appt.
Thursday - H has a doctors appointment.
Friday - Nothing as of yet. At least I don't think.

You can see why I need to be organised with dinners this week, lol. 

Monday - Slow cooked chicken in wraps with a selection of salad and sauces.

Tuesday - Tuna and pasta bake

Wednesday - BBQ pulled pork (slow cooker - this is a massive favourite!)

Thursday - Sausage stew (slow cooker - another fave!)

Friday - spaghetti bolognase.

Saturday - Chicken curry with rice and naan bread

Sunday - Sunday roast

  4. Delicious sounding meal plan! The slow cooker is such a mid week saver isn't it? I'm not sure how I ever managed without one!

  5. Your children will eat chicken curry? Any tips for how this was accomplished? :) I love curry but my daughter hates it, even the mild kind, which can be difficult at times. (I haven't been out to an Indian restaurant in ages, will probably have to go by myself!)
