The last couple of days I've been rather active, I am trying really hard to loose weight. My goal is 10,000 steps a day and either power walking/jogging for half an hour or doing a half an hour workout. Although, I will only be doing this 4 times a week (and the other two days I'll still do 10k steps). So far so good!
I met up with my sister this morning and we sat and had lunch along the river while we ate and caught up with each others lives. It was so therapeutic sitting on that bench, let me tell you! We had amazing views. It's a pity it wasn't sunny but still some beautiful scenery. And it meant extra steps walking up to the river bank, which is a bonus! I hope you enjoy the pics!
